The reigning Formula 1 world champion has co-founded LN4 Fusion, which will compete across several levels of the European single-seater ladder from 2027.
The team is set to enter the Italian Formula 4 Championship, FIA Formula Regional European Championship and Formula 3, while also pursuing a place on the Formula 2 grid.
LN4 Fusion has acquired selected assets from AIX Racing, including those connected to its F3 entry through to the end of 2027.
It has also begun the process of securing an F2 entry, while a separate British F4 testing program is already operating as the organisation works towards joining that championship in the future.
Norris has partnered with Fusion Motorsport and an investment group led by Dan Richards to establish the new operation.
Former Prema boss Rene Rosin will lead its European racing activities as team principal, having overseen more than 40 championship victories during his career in junior single-seater competition.
Former Prema technical chief Guillaume Capietto has also joined as racing director, with the team’s European operation to be based at a new facility in Veneto, Italy.
Fusion Motorsport boss Dan Hazlewood will oversee its UK activities from Cambridgeshire.
Alongside the race team, Norris has established the LN4 Legacy Program, which will provide fully-funded support to selected young drivers attempting to progress through the junior ranks.
The initiative will be operated independently by ADD Management, which manages Norris, and led by former Alpine sporting director Julian Rouse.
Drivers selected for the program will receive support including coaching, mentoring, performance assistance, technical expertise and career guidance.
Norris said his own journey towards F1 had demonstrated the importance of having the right support around a driver.
“I’ve been really lucky to have some amazing people around me throughout my career, and I know that getting to Formula 1 takes so much more than just talent,” Norris said.
“You need the right people around you, the right support and the right opportunities at the right time. That’s what these two projects are all about.
“LN4 Fusion is about building a race team that can compete with the best in junior motorsport, with great people and a great environment for drivers to develop.
“The LN4 Legacy Program is about helping talented young drivers get opportunities they might not otherwise have.
“For me, they naturally fit together. I want to help create opportunities for the next generation, both on and off the track, and hopefully make a real difference to young drivers coming through the sport.”

The launch adds another major project to Norris’ growing commitments away from driving following a significant period for the 26-year-old.
Norris recently extended his McLaren contract until at least the end of 2030, with a multi-year option beyond that point.
He has been part of the McLaren organisation since joining its junior program and made his F1 debut with the team in 2019 before claiming his maiden world championship in 2025.
Norris is also currently filming a three-part Prime Video documentary series centred on his life during the 2026 season.
The Box to Box Films production, carrying the working title Lando, will follow his championship defence while also exploring his life away from the circuit and is scheduled to premiere in 2027.
The Briton enters this weekend’s Italian Grand Prix as the form driver, having won the last two rounds in Hungary and the Netherlands.
