Centre Adam Pompey was sent for a shoulder charge on Ray Stone with the Warriors holding a slender 10-8 lead in the first half.

Soon after, a minor scuffle ensued after a suspect Isaiya Katoa tackle up-ended Jackson Ford, agitating an already fiery contest.
It led to Warriors star Kurt Capewell charging towards several Dolphins players, which in turn caused Dolphins star Selwyn Cobbo run in from the sideline to join the fray.
Katoa was placed on report for the tackle but escaped a sin bin, however, Capewell and Cobbo did catch the ire of referee Adam Gee.
“You come from the other side of the field to join the melee. Go to the bin,” Gee told Cobbo before calling out Capewell and admonishing the back rower for “flying in and instigating the whole melee”.
All three players who were sin-binned are only facing fines for their indiscretions, although Pompey risks a two-game ban if he fights the charge and is found guilty at the panel.
Cobbo and Capewell were both hit with grade one contrary conduct charges, while Pompey’s shoulder charge was deemed a grade one offence.
Elsewhere, Max Plath was placed on report for a dangerous tackle which resulted in an ankle injury to returning Warriors forward Jackson Ford.
Plath, however, was not charged by the NRL in the judiciary report on Sunday and is free to play in the preliminary finals as a result.
