Toronto-listed Element Fleet Management Corporation has pulled out of the auction for FleetPartners, one of Australia’s largest providers of leased cars which was put into play in July.
Element, advised by JPMorgan, is the only FleetPartners’ suitor to not submit a revised non-binding indicative binding bid, sources said on the condition of anonymity.
