Tommy “Gunz” only wants the best.
Red-hot Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Featherweight prospect Tommy McMillen scored a hard-fought unanimous decision over Marwan Rahiki in the “Featured Fight” of Noche UFC 4 yesterday (Sat., Sept. 12, 2026) inside Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona (watch highlights).
And it was anything but easy.
McMillen improved to 3-0 inside the Octagon and 12-0 overall, but his perfect record was in serious danger during the second round. Rahiki cracked him with a massive punch that sent him crashing to the canvas and swarmed with knees as the hometown favorite desperately tried to survive.
McMillen weathered the storm, recovered, and then took over in the third round, scoring a knockdown of his own, threatening with a submission and overwhelming Rahiki with his pace to secure the decision.
The wild battle earned “Fight of the Night” honors, giving McMillen his third consecutive $100,000 bonus and bringing his total bonus haul to $300,000 during his rookie year.
More than the money, however, McMillen enjoyed being forced to dig deep against another dangerous, undefeated prospect.
“I had the time of my life in there,” McMillen said during his backstage interview with the media. “I love digging deep. Those are the kinds of fights I want. I don’t want to fight bums — easy fights. I like taking on killers with 100 percent finish rates and going in there and testing myself because the next time you see me, I’ll be even better than the kid you saw tonight.
“I don’t like fighting bums with even records,” McMillen continued. “I know the game I play. It’s dangerous.”
Rahiki certainly brought that danger, coming remarkably close to handing McMillen the first loss of his professional career. Nevertheless, “Gunz” refused to fold and believes his ability to survive the worst moments proved he operates on a different level.
“I’m just on a different level, and I’m writing the script right now,” McMillen said. “This is my f—king movie, and I’m like a real-life Grand Theft Auto character. I’m playing a video game, and everyone is in my world…Everyone said he was going to knock me out. You can’t knock me out. You have to kill me. Bring a gun next time.”
McMillen wants to return in December for his fourth fight of 2026, which would close out a phenomenal year in which he transformed from an exciting newcomer into one of UFC’s most must-watch young fighters.
Whether UFC grants him that quick turnaround remains to be seen, but his matchmaking request could not be clearer.
No easy fights. No padding his record. Just keep sending killers.
