Airwallex says small and medium-sized businesses need practical support to adopt artificial intelligence, urging the federal government to consider education programs and guidance to help firms clean up and consolidate their financial data.
The Albanese government established a joint select committee on artificial intelligence in August, which will assess the various challenges and opportunities that could come from AI adoption. It is considering ways to improve productivity, drive research and innovation, understand and mitigate risks and harms, and assess the adequacy of Australian regulation.
