The new Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical brings the brand back to the Call of Duty universe, this time appearing on the wrist of Captain Price in Modern Warfare 4.
Its 38mm black PVD case, heavily grained dial and khaki textile strap give the familiar Khaki Field formula a darker, more tactical character.
Inside is Hamilton’s hand-wound H-50 movement, offering an 80-hour power reserve and a Nivachron balance spring.
Hamilton’s Khaki Field Mechanical already has a fairly convincing claim to being one of the definitive modern field watches. It’s simple, compact, hand-wound and traces its design language back through decades of military watches, so putting one on the wrist of Captain Price feels like a pretty natural assignment. The new Khaki Field Mechanical has been created for the upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, continuing a partnership between Hamilton and the franchise that began in 2025.
It also adds another chapter to Hamilton’s growing involvement in gaming. The brand is well known for its appearances in more than 500 films and television productions, and it has increasingly taken the same approach to interactive storytelling, even creating the first branded watch to appear in a video game. Here, the watch has been designed in partnership with the Call of Duty franchise specifically for Price, with several details bringing the Modern Warfare connection into the real-world piece.

At 38mm across and just 9.5mm thick, the dimensions remain comfortably within familiar Khaki Field Mechanical territory, with a 20mm lug width keeping its proportions suitably compact. The stainless steel case gets a sandblasted black PVD coating, creating the subdued finish you’d expect from something supposedly accompanying Price into whatever deeply inconvenient situation Task Force 141 finds itself in this time. There’s a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating up front and 50 metres of water resistance. Flip the watch over, and the Modern Warfare connection becomes much more explicit, with the solid caseback engraved with the game’s distinctive soundwave graphic alongside Hamilton and MW4 branding.
A heavily grained texture gives the black dial a suitably utilitarian finish, with a muted green minute track and matching Arabic numerals keeping things firmly within the Khaki Field vocabulary. There are a few Modern Warfare 4 details hidden in plain sight, too. Hamilton has incorporated the game’s distinctive 사 (sa) into the numeral at four o’clock – the Sino-Korean word for “four”, and a reference to Modern Warfare 4’s Korean setting, a detail subtle enough that you can wear the watch without immediately announcing your K/D ratio to everyone in the room. Yellow accents at 12 and on the seconds hand reference a visual code used throughout the Modern Warfare 4 universe, while Grade X2 Super-LumiNova on the numerals, hour markers and hands produces a green glow in low light.
Hamilton’s H-50 hand-wound mechanical calibre is a familiar choice for the Khaki Field Mechanical, and brings an 80-hour power reserve along with a Nivachron balance spring. That gives you enough autonomy to set it down for a weekend and pick it back up on Monday without resetting it. There’s something fitting about retaining a manually wound movement for this particular version, too. The simple act of winding it keeps the Khaki Field’s mechanical, utilitarian character intact, despite its distinctly 21st-century gaming connection.
Khaki green textile completes the military-inspired colour palette, paired with a black PVD pin buckle to match the case. Its woven construction fits naturally alongside the black and olive tones elsewhere on the watch, and the overall combination has genuine historical grounding. Hamilton specifically cites British-issued General Service watches as a design reference, neatly connecting its military watchmaking history with Captain Price’s British military background.
The result feels remarkably coherent for a gaming collaboration. Hamilton has kept the core proportions and mechanical simplicity of the Khaki Field Mechanical intact, then worked the Modern Warfare 4 identity into its texture, typography, colour and caseback. It’s recognisably a Call of Duty watch when you know what you’re looking for, while remaining very recognisably a Hamilton Khaki Field.
