Channing Tatum is at the centre of a viral internet theory that claims he may be routinely trolling his exes Zoë Kravitz and Jenna Dewan via a secret Instagram burner account.
The speculation gained traction on social media over the weekend, when users discovered an account with the username Nonya Bidness that had just one follower: Channing Tatum.

“I’m nosy… in private,” the account’s bio reads.
The account was regularly seen either complimenting Tatum or sharing snarky comments under multiple posts, including a PDA paparazzi shot of Kravitz and Harry Styles, whom the actress moved on with after dating Tatum for about three years up until 2024.
“Just here for the hate,” the account wrote under the picture, shared by gossip page DeuxMoi.
In another shady moment, the account was caught referencing Dewan, Tatum’s Step Up co-star who he was married to from 2009 to 2019.
“[Tatum’s] ex wife tried to grift his money, Zoe knew she was too much of a free bird to settle down and this one is an adult. Let that man sow his wild oats in peace,” the account wrote.
Elsewhere, Nonya Bidness was seen lamenting how Kravitz, who reportedly got engaged to Styles in April, is “constantly spotted with Harry” in comparison to the “far less frequent” sightings of the actress and Tatum during their romance.
The account wasn’t only trolling Tatum’s exes. In other receipts that have also blown up on social media, Nonya Bidness called Jennifer Lopez “desperate,” commented on Jennifer Lawrence’s Instagram debut, and criticised Taylor Swift’s album The Life of a Showgirl.
“God help us all,” the account wrote of Swift, who is a friend of Kravitz’s and invited the actress to attend her wedding to Travis Kelce in July.
In a friendlier moment, the account randomly praised actress Ayo Edebiri for her voice role in Inside Out 2, writing, “Love her! And she’s just getting started!”
When it wasn’t mentioning other celebs, the account was effusively admiring Tatum. Nonya Bidness was spotted on a Channing Tatum fan page describing the actor as “so genuine.”
“He’s so genuine. No false pretences with this guy. And funny as hell, too,” a comment under an interview clip of Tatum read.
The pointed quips about Tatum’s exes, coupled with the praise for the actor and the account’s one-person follower count, led some internet sleuths to speculate that the Magic Mike star may actually be behind the Nonya Bidness profile – something the account has denied.
“I’m not him, boo, go read a book,” the profile wrote in response to a fan asking if Tatum could follow them back.
Tatum has not yet responded to the speculation and has reportedly unfollowed the Nonya Bidness account.
The theory prompted plenty of hilarious reactions.
“This whole thread is messy. Channing Tatum get off that burner,” one X user wrote, with another adding that the situation was “not on my 2026 bingo card.”
“Unfortunately Channing Tatum allegedly having a burner he uses to comment under DeuxMoi is the funniest sh** ever and it’s even funnier this was discovered because he’s the only person following that burner,” a third user wrote.
A bunch of other theories have surfaced on social media after the story took off, including that the account is actually run by Tatum’s mother or sister, or the very sensible suggestion that it is simply a random social media user who happens to like Tatum and dislike his exes.
All of it comes amid sources’ claims that Kravitz and Styles are looking to get married in a small UK ceremony over Christmas.
Tatum, meanwhile, has been dating Australian model Inka Williams since February, with the pair regularly posting about each other on social media.
We may never know the truth behind Nunya Bidness, but at least it gave us a thrilling, if a little bizarre, internet rabbit hole to fall down. Go forth, Nunya!
