Isack Hadjar podium at risk after Azerbaijan GP stewards summons

Isack Hadjar’s third-place finish in the Azerbaijan Grand Prix is at risk after he received a stewards’ summons in Baku.

The French driver, who finished third on his return from injury behind George Russell and team-mate Max Verstappen, has been called for an alleged practice start infringement before the race and not following the race director’s instructions.

The Red Bull driver will be required to attend the stewards at 18:10 local time in Baku, 15:10 BST, for the hearing. 

Williams’ Carlos Sainz, who finished 10th for the team’s first point since Monaco has also been called to the stewards to account for a similar offence.
