Brooke Warne has celebrated her engagement with family and friends and a touching tribute to her dad, late cricket great Shane Warne.

Warne said yes to long-time partner Alex Heath in July when they were holidaying in the US.

On Saturday night surrounded by loved ones Brooke wore a stunning floor length white gown by Kyha Studios.

On the photo table at the event, Warne placed a picture of Shane and a candle, and people could leave a note in the book beside it.

“The most magical night celebrating Alex and I,’’ Warne, 29, wrote on social media.

“Words can’t describe how grateful I am to the whole team (Kyha Studios and Kyha Bride) who created my dream gown and looked after me so incredibly well. Over and above is an understatement. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.”

Warne posted beautiful pictures from the night, as did her siblings Jackson and Summer.

“Thank you to our amazing family and friends for all of your help, we wouldn’t have been able to pull this off without you,’’ Brooke continued.

When the couple got engaged a rainbow lit up their special proposal moment.

Brooke was overwhelmed with emotions.

“It was always us,” she captioned pictures of the dreamy proposal.

Heath got down on one knee in what looked like a remote location in Montana.

Brooke used the song, Perfect, by Ed Sheeran, who was one of her dad’s close friends.
