They may already be on a three-game win streak, but the Perth Wildcats are set to receive a massive boost ahead of their Round 4 clash with New Zealand.
Star import Brandon Knight, who arrived in Australia last week, appears on track to make his long-awaited debut during Saturday’s match at RAC Arena.
During an interview with SEN WA Breakfast, Wildcats coach John Rillie explained the plan they had in place for their 451-game NBA talent.
“That’s the aim [for Knight to play on Saturday],” Rillie said.
“He’s performing well on the practice court.
“All things are heading that way, but we want to make sure we’re setting him up for success.”
A Saturday night debut for Knight?
