Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 19 is starting from today. The superstar will be juggling the shoot for the reality show and his upcoming movie, Battle of Galwan. He has already reached Ladakh for the shoot. It is going to be one of the most gruelling schedules of his career as he does action scenes in the high altitude. Salman Khan is going to pocket Rs 10 crores for every weekend of Bigg Boss 19. However, his earnings this season will be way lesser than what he made for BB 17 and BB 18. The actor won’t be available for the entire duration of Bigg Boss 19.
It seems Salman Khan will make Rs 150 crores from Bigg Boss 19 this season. He will be there for 15 weekends in all going by the calculation. The superstar had made Rs 250 crores for Bigg Boss 18 where he was there for almost every weekend. Even BB 17 saw him make Rs 200 crores. In comparison, this is way lesser. It should be noted that many fans of Salman Khan are not even keen to see him on Bigg Boss. They feel he should now only focus on making good movies with good directors. For them, his superstar status should not be wasted as he grows older.
Bigg Boss 19 will come on Colors and Jio Hotstar. They have got an enviable rumoured line-up of contestants this season. It seems the team is keen to bring even Mike Tyson as a wild card on the show.
