After 10 years, the creators of Elite Dangerous have started fulfilling player requests: the game now allows players to look inside the Anaconda Mk II ship, and a major update, Law & Disorder, will be released in December 2026.
Since 2014, Elite Dangerous fans have been asking Frontier Developments to add spaceship interiors, and many had already lost hope. Now the situation is changing: the new Anaconda Mk II ship for the first time offers the ability to explore part of its internal compartments.
As shown in The Buur Pit video at the 8:00 mark, players can enter the ship’s cargo bay and even look outside through a window. This is the first vessel in the game with such a feature.
The Anaconda Mk II is already available for real money. After a few months, the ship will traditionally be added to Elite Dangerous: Odyssey for free.

Frontier is also preparing a major update that will completely change the crime system. The new mechanics will allow space pirates, smugglers, and bandits to earn much more from their trade. The release of Law & Disorder is scheduled for December 2026.
