It is believed multiple people broke in to the property near the Monaro Highway in Tuggeranong on Wednesday, and using dogs, rounded up eight sheep into a holding pen.
In the pen, multiple sheep were deliberately injured, which resulted in one of them dying at the time, while another three had to be euthanised after being seriously injured.
Another two sheep sustained serious injuries in the alleged attack.
The owner of the property arrived home on Thursday morning to find the injured sheep in the holding pen.
The home on the property was also broken into and ransacked.
Following a search warrant at a Richardson home on October 8, an 18-year-old man was arrested and charged over the incident.
Police have since charged a 27-year-old man with aggravated burglary, four counts of aggravated cruelty to animals causing death, and two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals causing serious injury.
An arrest warrant has also been issued for another teenager.
