Here are Tuesday’s minor moves from around the NFL…
Arizona Cardinals
Waived from IR: TE Jameson Geers
Chicago Bears
Cincinnati Bengals
Cleveland Browns
Dallas Cowboys
Indianapolis Colts
Philadelphia Eagles
Waived from IR (via injury settlement): RB Carson Steele
The belief is that All tore his ACL in the Bengals’ win over the Ravens in Week 7, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. If that’s the case, it will be All’s second ACL tear since he entered the league as a fourth-round pick in 2024. He suffered the injury in Week 9 of his rookie season and missed all of 2025 while recovering. All made his long-awaited return in Week 1 this year, but it appears his season will end after he made six appearances and caught eight passes for 56 yards. With All out of commission, Grandy will join Mike Gesicki, Drew Sample and Jack Endries as the Bengals’ healthy tight ends.
Davis is the first player of the 2026 campaign to revert to season-ending IR. Although Davis was a 17-game starter for the 49ers last season, they didn’t retain him as a restricted free agent. The Browns brought Davis aboard for $1.75MM in guaranteed money in March, but a quadriceps injury forced him to IR on Sept. 1. While the Browns opened Davis’ 21-day practice window on Oct. 6, they will allow it to close without using one of their five remaining IR activations on him. The 6-foot-2, 310-pounder will return to free agency off a lost season in 2027.
Taylor-Britt will miss at least four games with a groin injury, continuing a disappointing season for the former Bengal. Taylor-Britt had success from 2022-24 under then-Bengals defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo, who is now the Colts’ DC, but he hasn’t taken on a big role in Indianapolis’ secondary. While logging a higher snap share on special teams than defense (45% to 25%), Taylor-Britt has recorded 13 tackles, a pair of pass breakups and a sack.
