Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, are set to make their first public appearance since disturbing child sex abuse allegations about her father surfaced.
The couple will travel to Brussels on Tuesday to help launch their Lost Screen Memorial installation, which honours children who have lost their lives due to the harms of social media.
The initiative, created by the Archewell Foundation Parents’ Network, was previously unveiled by Meghan in Geneva earlier this year and both of them in New York City in April 2025.
The memorial features 50 smartphone screens, each displaying the lock screen photo of a child who died as a result of the harms of social media.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will also give a keynote address during their visit to Belgium’s capital, with Harry later participating in a panel discussion titled Beyond Promises: Buidling a Digital Future That Works for Children.
The Sussexes’ trip to Brussels will be Harry and Meghan’s first joint overseas trip since they moved back to the UK in late August.
They made their first post-US joint appearance during an activity-packed day in Nottingham last month – the same city they made their debut as an engaged couple in 2017.

Meanwhile, news.com.au exclusively revealed last week that Meghan will be one of the hosts on the next season of Ten’s Junior MasterChef, billed as a “special guest” alongside franchise regular Poh Ling Yeow.
Production for the main series takes place in Melbourne, where it’s expected the children’s spin-off will also be filmed, likely over a matter of weeks early to mid-next year.
With Meghan set to be based in Australia for the duration of the shoot, an insider hinted that Harry and their kids – Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5 – may well join her, though no decision has yet been made.
Meghan’s latest career venture, said to have been months in the planning, emerged as the scandal surrounding her father, Thomas Markle Senior, generated global headlines.
The Sun was the first to break the news on Thursday, UK time, that Thomas Markle Junior, Meghan’s half-brother, had reported their father to authorities in the Philippines after discovering allegedly “hundreds, if not thousands” of child sexual abuse images stored in boxes at his home in Cebu.
A minister in the Philippines, where the investigation into the alleged crimes is now underway, has said the 82-year-old could possibly being a “sex offender of the grossest kind” if convicted.
Mr Markle Sr has denied all of the accusations against him.
