After long-time captain Branko Lazić and experienced center Luka Mitrović, another Serbian player is parting ways with Crvena Zvezda.
As officially announced by the Belgrade club, Nemanja Nedović is ending his second stint with his boyhood team.
The 34-year-old guard returned to Crvena Zvezda in 2022 and played 315 games since, scoring 3,042 points. Along the way, he won six trophies, including the ABA League, three Radivoj Korać Cups, and two Serbian championships.
“Nemanja Nedović will not be part of KK Crvena zvezda Meridianbet’s roster in the 2025–2026 season.
Just like with all the players who paved the way for Crvena zvezda to become the respected and esteemed EuroLeague club with numerous trophies that it is today, KK Crvena zvezda—together with president Željko Drčelić, the Board of Directors, management, and all employees—expresses deep gratitude to our Nedo for everything he has done as a Crvena zvezda player, both on and off the court.
Because of all this, this is only the end of one chapter, as the doors of KK Crvena zvezda will always remain open for our Nemanja!
Nedo, your KK Crvena zvezda Meridianbet wishes you lots of luck, health, and success in the continuation of your career!” the Belgrade club officially announced.
