Kris Jenner<\/a> looked sensational as she continued to show off the incredible results of her $100K facelift<\/a> at the Wizard of Oz at Sphere premiere in Las Vegas<\/a> on Thursday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The TV personality, 69, who recently spoke out about going under the knife<\/a>, cut a chic and youthful figure in a leggy black and white mini dress.<\/p>\n

Kris completed the stylish look with platform heels and black tights as well as a pair of sparkling diamond earrings.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She accentuated her age-defying features with glam make-up while posing alongside actress Rosanna Arquette and Shelli Azoff, the wife of movie producer Irving Azoff.<\/p>\n

Kris put on a very animated display before taking her seat to enjoy the 1939 classic movie which has bene transformed into an immersive experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Back in May, fans did a double take when Kris showed off her fresh-faced look, appearing remarkably like her second-oldest daughter Kim Kardashian<\/a>, 44, in the pictures.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0reality TV<\/a> star sought the expertise of Dr. Steven M. Levine – known as the ‘facelift maestro’ – to help her achieve her fresh-faced look, with the celeb-favourite doctor’s procedures starting at $45,000 (\u00a333,376).<\/p>\n

Speaking to Vogue, Kris unapologetically admitted that ‘for me, this is ageing gracefully. It’s my version’.<\/p>\n

‘I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh,’ she confided. ‘I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.’<\/p>\n

‘Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself. If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully \u2013 meaning you don’t want to do anything \u2013 then don’t do anything. But for me, this is ageing gracefully. It’s my version.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

Kris revealed that her youngest daughter Kylie, 28, who has also recently\u00a0opened up to fans about her cosmetic procedures<\/a>, accompanied her to the surgery whilst Kim was ‘present at all times on FaceTime’.<\/p>\n

And as well as sharing the surgery with her daughters, Kris has no regrets about being honest with fans about her latest procedure, reasoning that it ‘can be very inspirational to people who aren’t feeling so great about themselves.<\/p>\n

‘Even when I had my hip replacement, we filmed it. I have the conviction that sharing these things can be helpful.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

Kris also spoke about her infamous business skills in the interview, revealing her negotiating skills early in her reality TV career has meant that she and her daughters have retained editing control over 27 seasons of their show.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Speaking about the procedure, Kris unapologetically admitted that ‘for me, this is ageing gracefully. It’s my version.’ (pictured in 2023)<\/p>\n

‘I wasn’t going to put my family in a vulnerable situation by signing a piece of paper saying they could do whatever they wanted with our image, and we would only see it on TV,’ she said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘But we quickly realised that the raw moments, the tears and showing our real lives had real value. We only took something out when we looked bad, or there was a nicer angle.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

Kris turns 70 in November but shows no sign of slowing down, pointing out that ‘my mom worked until she was 82, and I’m planning on following suit. Maybe 85?’.<\/p>\n

As well as her new face, a\u00a0source has told the Daily Mail that the mother of six has revamped her closet to match her changing appearance.<\/p>\n

‘Kris is no longer a size ten so she has no need for those clothes.<\/a> She is a size six these days and thrilled about it. It\u2019s the same size that she was in the 1980s,’ the insider spilled.<\/p>\n

‘Her closet is completely different now \u2014 the items are so much smaller \u2014 and it makes her very happy to get back to the body that she had in her younger years,’ the source added.<\/p>\n

While Jenner hasn\u2019t publicly shared how she lost the weight, fans believe it could be due to using the diabetes and weight loss drug Ozempic<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kris has historically attributed her lean figure to healthy eating and an active lifestyle.<\/p>\n
