The show also incorporates current events for its storylines, including the COVID-19 pandemic, the #MeToo Movement, and the war in Ukraine. The Morning Show<\/a> Season 4 premieres on Apple TV+ on Wednesday, September 17.<\/p>\n Why you should watch it: One of Apple\u2019s flagship series, having debuted with their streaming service in 2019, The Morning Show is a soapy, star-studded delight. It boasts terrific performances all around, though Billy Crudup<\/a> has stood out among the ensemble, and new additions Jeremy Irons<\/a>, Marion Cotillard<\/a>, and William Jackson Harper<\/a> will only add to the luster. The real-world backdrops for the scripts have also kept the show timely and grounded.<\/p>\n Where to watch: Apple TV+<\/a> (subscription, seasons 1-3) \n Tulsa King<\/a><\/p>\n (Paramount+)\n <\/p>\n<\/p>\n What it is: Sylvester Stallone<\/a> stars in this crime series created by Taylor Sheridan<\/a> (Yellowstone<\/a>) about a mafia lieutenant setting up shop in Oklahoma after his release from prison. As he develops his new operation and acquires new local enemies, his life gets further complicated as he dates a senior agent with the\u00a0Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. The first episode of Tulsa King<\/a> Season 3 premieres on Paramount+ on Sunday, September 21.<\/p>\n Why you should watch it: Whether you\u2019re a fan of Stallone and other shows created by Sheridan, including Landman<\/a>, or you\u2019d like to see a fish-out-of-water gangster story involving organized crime in cowboy country, Tulsa King has a lot of things going for it. It\u2019s a much funnier series than you might expect and has already gotten better with its more violent second season. Gary Oldman<\/a> plays the worn-down but still sharp-minded leader of the group of misfits, who continue to involve themselves in high-stakes cases concerning national security threats. Slow Horses<\/a> Season 5 premieres on Apple TV+ on Wednesday, September 24.<\/p>\n Why you should watch it: Going on five seasons with two more already ordered, Slow Horses falls into the category of spy fiction that could and should go on forever, alongside the James Bond franchise. The premise never gets old. It\u2019s like Mission: Impossible but with screw-ups who barely save the day.
