However, in recent weeks, Trbojevic has slowly been turning up the intensity, with his trademark speed and agility creeping back into his game. <\/p>\n
And on Saturday, it was like watching the Trbojevic of old as he tore the Red V to shreds. <\/p>\n
\u201cHe looks like he is back to his best,\u201d Braith Anasta exclaimed in Fox Sports commentary.<\/p>\n
Cooper Cronk added: \u201cHe looks fit, fast and moving better than he has for the majority of the year. 15 runs in a half is pretty impressive.<\/p>\n

Trbojevic was huge, setting up one try, almost scoring another and having a hand in almost everything.<\/p>\n
The 28-year-old also had a game-high 28 runs for 273m, made seven tackle breaks and made two line breaks.<\/p>\n

Trbojevic has one year left on his $1.1m contract, and it is almost certain he will take a large pay cut to stay at Manly.<\/p>\n
But the fullback doesn\u2019t mind, admitting earlier this week that he hasn\u2019t lived up to his hefty price tag.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ll sit down at the end of the year and work all that out. I\u2019m not really too focused on it,\u201d Trbojevic said.<\/p>\n
\u201cI understand I\u2019m not going to be paid the same amount that I\u2019m worth now.\u201d <\/p>\n
However, if Trbojevic can stay fit and produce performances like he did on Saturday, he could go from overpaid to a bargain.<\/p>\n
It is understood his new contract will be around $750,000 a season.<\/p>\n
