Lyon was of the belief that the decision to pick Cameron as the side\u2019s skipper would have unlikely to be the preference of all at the table.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m absolutely sure that there\u2019d be people upon that group that wouldn\u2019t have voted for that … so it wouldn\u2019t have been a unanimous pick,\u201d Lyon said.<\/p>\n
