AMD seems to be gearing up for new AM5 Granite Ridge CPUs to hit the market. The \u2018F\u2019 or iGPU-less variants of two Ryzen 9000 CPUs have been spotted online once again, this time on a retailer website with pricing. For now, AMD has not shared a release date for these CPUs but as they were expected in August, and its already September, the launch seems imminent. <\/p>\n

Spotted by harukaze5719 and shared on X<\/a>, the post shows two listings on ShopBLT and they are for the Ryzen 7 9700F<\/a> and the Ryzen 5 9500F<\/a>. The eight-core 12-thread 65W Ryzen 7 9700F is listed for $294 while the six-core 12-thread 65W Ryzen 5 9500F is listed for $218. This isn\u2019t the first time these CPUs have popped up online. The Ryzen 7 9700F was seen on Asus\u2019 CPU support website<\/a> showing 3.8 GHz clock speed, 32 MB cache, and the same 65W TDP. The Ryzen 5 9500F, on the other hand, was spotted on Geekbench<\/a> with the same clock speed and cache. <\/p>\n

Since these two CPUs lack an iGPU, they should technically be cheaper alternatives to the Ryzen 7 9700X and the Ryzen 5 9600 (AMD doesn\u2019t have a Ryzen 5 9500X, yet). For reference, the Ryzen 7 9700X is currently listed on Amazon for $32<\/a>9, but the Ryzen 5 9600 doesn\u2019t seem to be available in US yet so pricing is unconfirmed at this point. Speculation suggests that it would cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $200 to $220. With that in mind, the $218 listed price for the 9500F seems a bit inaccurate. <\/p>\n

The Ryzen 5 9600X, on the other hand, is currently selling for $190<\/a> which is $90 cheaper than its MSRP of $280. <\/p>\n

In terms of performance, the upcoming CPUs can be expected to perform at par with their counterparts as they have pretty much the same configuration. As mentioned earlier, AMD has not shared a release date for these CPUs yet but we could get an announcement in the next couple of weeks.\u00a0<\/p>\n
