David Beckham<\/a> had a bit of a hair disaster at the weekend, with the star accidentally giving himself a bald spot after the head fell off his clippers partway through a trim.<\/p>\n

To make matters worse, David\u2019s wife, Victoria Beckham<\/a>, didn\u2019t exactly sugarcoat how bad his new look was, with the former Spice Girl unable to hide her true feelings… And luckily for us, Victoria went so far as to film the immediate aftermath of David\u2019s mishap in a video<\/a> that was later posted to his Instagram account.<\/p>\n

In the short clip, David is hiding the bald patch with one hand while looking genuinely upset. Victoria asks him: \u201cWhat have you done?\u201d<\/p>\n

\"\u201cThe<\/p>\n

\u201cThe thing of the clippers fell off my clipper,\u201d the British soccer legend sighs.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou were trying to give yourself a haircut, and what have you done?\u201d Victoria asks again, and at this point, David reluctantly removes his hand to reveal what had happened.<\/p>\n

As Victoria starts to laugh, David quickly covers the patch again and insists: \u201cIt\u2019s not funny!\u201d<\/p>\n

\"\u201cLet<\/p>\n

\u201cLet me see, let me see,\u201d Victoria tells him, before joking: \u201cI mean, the hours of content the kids have got from this…\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe clipper head fell off,\u201d visibly sad David repeats, and Victoria matter-of-factly replies: \u201cIt does not look good. I\u2019m going to always be honest with you, it looks terrible.\u201d<\/p>\n

Posting the video to his 88 million followers, David wrote: \u201cITS NOT FUNNY \ud83e\udd28 So this happened yesterday whilst shaving my head and as you can hear my wife didn’t find it funny at all \ud83d\ude44 @victoriabeckham you don’t always need to BE THAT HONEST – I quote ‘It looks awful’ \ud83e\udd2c And yes kids have content @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven \ud83e\udd28\u201d<\/p>\n

Needless to say, his followers were quick to comment, including Victoria, who wrote: \u201cWhat have u done?!? \ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02 your little face!!! U were devastated \ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOh my days \ud83d\ude02,\u201d their son Romeo added, while actor Terry Crews<\/a> joked: \u201cJoin the bald club\ud83d\udc4f\ud83d\udc4f\ud83d\udc4f\ud83d\udd25\u201d<\/p>\n

Thankfully for David, his mom, Sandra Beckham, had his back, commenting on the post: \u201cYou still look handsome \u2764\ufe0f\u201d<\/p>\n

The star later took to his Instagram story to reveal that he\u2019d reluctantly shaved the rest of his head to match the bald patch, writing: \u201cUpdate: it\u2019s the best I could do with the situation.\u201d He then cheekily tagged his wife and asked: \u201cstill awful??\u201d<\/p>\n

\"Luckily,<\/p>\n

Luckily, the new look worked for Victoria, who reposted the story to her own account and added: \u201cI\u2019m into it!!!!\u201d<\/p>\n
