The female employee who accused former Red Bull Formula 1 boss Christian Horner of sexual harassment has secured employment within the sport again. <\/p>\n

Her return comes approximately eighteen months after Red Bull suspended her in March 2024.<\/p>\n

Neither the woman, whose identity remains protected, nor her new employer have provided any statement regarding her appointment.<\/p>\n

Her absence from the paddock coincided with the period following her suspension by the Milton Keynes-based racing team.<\/p>\n

Shortly afterwards, WhatsApp exchanges allegedly involving Horner were distributed to prominent figures in Formula 1 and journalists.<\/p>\n

When questioned about their authenticity, Horner characterised them as “anonymous, speculative messages from an unknown source”.<\/p>\n

The woman challenged the initial investigation’s findings, prompting Red Bull to undertake a second review, which reached identical conclusions.<\/p>\n

Red Bull terminated Horner’s employment as team principal in July 2025, though the organisation provided no official rationale for the decision.<\/p>\n

The dismissal occurred amid multiple challenges facing the team, including disappointing performance on track, internal management conflicts, and questions surrounding Max Verstappen’s commitment to the squad.<\/p>\n
