Guessing in 1 is worth 3 points; guessing in 2 is worth 2 points; guessing in 3 is worth 1 point; guessing in 4 is worth 0 points; guessing in 5 is -1 points; guessing in 6 is -2 points and missing the Wordle is -3 points.
\n If you beat your opponent you get 1 point. If you tie, you get 0 points. And if you lose to your opponent, you get -1 point. Add it up to get your score. Keep a daily running score or just play for a new score each day.

Today\u2019s Wordle Etymology<\/p>\n
The word fetch comes from Old English feccean or fetian, meaning \u201cto bring, to go and get.\u201d These derive from Proto-Germanic fatjan\u0105 (\u201cto grasp, seize\u201d), related to f\u014dn (\u201cto catch, seize\u201d). Cognates appear in Old High German feht\u014dn (\u201cto fetch, seize\u201d) and Gothic fa\u00edhjan (\u201cto seize\u201d).<\/p>\n
So originally, fetch meant \u201cto seize or take,\u201d and by Middle English it took on the sense of \u201cto go and bring back.\u201d<\/p>\n
