It\u2019s been 11 days since Rampage Jackson\u2019s son, Raja Jackson, viciously assaulted<\/a> pro wrestler Syko Stu (real name: Stuart Smith) at a Knokx Pro Wrestling<\/a> event in Los Angeles. The incident left Stu bloodied<\/a>, hospitalized, and in \u201cserious condition.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rampage, the former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Light Heavyweight champion, has spent the past week condemning his son\u2019s actions<\/a> while also pointing blame<\/a> toward the promotion for what he calls a reckless environment. But during a new interview with Ariel Helwani, Jackson revealed he hasn\u2019t spoken to Raja since the night of the assault \u2014 and doesn\u2019t plan to anytime soon.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t f\u2014k with Raja right now. I\u2019m mad at him,\u201d Jackson said<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019m here for his legal fees, but Raja wants to be an adult, he wants to do things his way. He won\u2019t take my advice, I can\u2019t make him do anything. Look, he\u2019s my son, I love him dearly, but he dishonored my name. I can\u2019t even put into words how upset I am with my son. He dishonored my name. I\u2019ve been in this sport for a long time, and when he did what he did, everything said, \u2018Son of MMA\u2019s Rampage.\u2019 That\u2019s my f\u2014king name. I don\u2019t do that shit. I don\u2019t go around beating people up on the street.\u201d<\/p>\n

While clearly upset<\/a>, Rampage admitted he\u2019s conflicted about how to handle his son\u2019s situation.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am worried about his well-being,\u201d Rampage continued. \u201cBut he dishonored my name. I know he\u2019s my f\u2014king son and I\u2019m not cutting him off forever. I just haven\u2019t talked to him. I talked to him after the shit happened, and he hid the fact that he did this. He put my other kids in danger. I\u2019m not saying I\u2019m never going to talk to him again, I just can\u2019t talk to him right now. I just need some time. I\u2019m dealing with his attorneys, but I\u2019m very disappointed in Raja.\u201d<\/p>\n

No matter what Rampage says, critics online continue to tear him apart \u2014 some accusing him of \u201cnot being a good father<\/a>,\u201d others claiming he\u2019s \u201cshielding Raja from the consequences.\u201d<\/p>\n
