Jim Edmonds\u2019 wife, Kortnie, reportedly called police and filed a restraining order after his ex-wife, \u201cReal Housewives of Orange County\u201d alum Meghan King, allegedly entered their Missouri home months ago.<\/p>\n
According to documents obtained by Us Weekly<\/a> Wednesday, the reality TV star, 40, had been \u201cto the residence several times throughout the day and was currently on scene causing a disturbance\u201d back on May 1.<\/p>\n Officers noted in the Frontenac Police Department\u00a0incident report that they spotted King leaving the house in a Jeep \u2014 after they were notified she was leaving the scene in the vehicle. <\/p>\n The report stated that after pulling her over, \u201cMeghan advised she had contacted her ex-husband, Jim Edmonds, earlier in the day to arrange the clothing drop off\u201d for their daughter. The ex-spouses share kids Aspen, 8, and twins Hart and Hayes, 7.<\/p>\n Jim Edmonds\u2019 current wife, Kortnie, called police after she alleged his ex-wife, Meghan King, entered their home in May. A source for Us Weekly claimed the dress was a communion dress and that King was on her way to St. Louis for an art event.<\/p>\n Kourtnie told police that King arrived around 5 p.m. and \u201crang the doorbell\u201d repeatedly despite Kourtnie\u2019s assertion that she was expected to \u201cleave [the dress] at the doorstep.\u201d <\/p>\n \u201cMeghan refused to hand Kortnie the dress and \u2018pulled away and asked to speak to\u2019 [her daughter,]\u201d the report continued. <\/p>\n \u201cKortnie told Meghan that she wasn\u2019t home and she was at a baseball game with Jim,\u201d after which, according to Kortnie, \u201cMeghan became upset.\u201d Kortnie said she closed the front door after requesting that King leave the dress. <\/p>\n Jim was not home at the time. <\/p>\n Jim claimed to have surveillance footage of the incident. Instagram\/@meghanking<\/p>\n Kortnie claimed in the docs that after going back inside the house, she \u201cheard Meghan inside the home yelling for [her daughter.]\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cKortnie walked back to the front door and observed Meghan standing inside the house approximately 5 feet from the doorway,\u201d the report continued, after which she claimed she told King to \u201cget out of [her] house.\u201d <\/p>\n After King \u201cslowly\u201d exited the home, she \u201cwedged her foot in the door briefly so Kortnie couldn\u2019t shut the door completely. After Meghan moved her foot, Kortnie closed the door,\u201d the report stated, recounting Kortnie\u2019s claims.<\/p>\n Kortnie later decided she wanted to \u201cpress charges for harassment\u201d and subsequently called police. Instagram\/@meghanking<\/p>\n According to the officer\u2019s report, the Frontenac Municipal Prosecutor \u201crefused\u201d to pursue charges against King and called the incident a domestic dispute.<\/p>\n The case is now classified as \u201cinactive,\u201d though documents reveal that Kortnie filed a restraining order against King.
