1000-Lb Sisters<\/a> star Tammy Slaton has shared a surprise update two months after announcing her engagement to fianc\u00e9e Andrea.<\/a><\/p>\n

The reality star\ufeff, who has lost over 225 kilograms, posted on TikTok<\/a> showing off her “new smile”<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While intended to be an update on her relationship, fans clocked a more concerning detail, the bruising on her face.<\/p>\n

In the video, Tammy is seen driving in the car with her fianc\u00e9e and partner of three years Andrea Dalton.<\/p>\n

One follower couldn’t get over how happy Tammy looked after her recent transformation.<\/p>\n

“Is that her girlfriend?” they asked, to which Tammy sweetly replied: “One day she’ll be my wife.”<\/p>\n

If this video is any indication, Tammy and Andrea are still very much going strong \u2013 with a wedding on the way!<\/p>\n

The pair were singing along to the 1984 hit ‘Footloose’ as Tammy flashes a big smile, revealing bruising on her chin.<\/p>\n

In the comments section, Tammy confirmed: “I had teeth pulled.”<\/p>\n

As for her concerned fans, Tammy opened up about her smile transformation earlier on the Creative Chaos<\/a> podcast\ufeff.<\/p>\n

During her interview with host Hunter Ezell, Tammy shared that she’d gotten her smile makeover in August 2025.<\/p>\n

“They’re temporary still,” Tammy explained. “But they had to cement them in because the glue wasn’t holding\u2026they had to pull teeth, and it’s a bridge. I’m still getting more done. It’s a process.”<\/p>\n

While Tammy \ufeffwas chuffed with her new teeth she did admit that online comments over her previously gappy smile used to sting.<\/p>\n

“I find it absolutely repulsive the amount of people that\ufeff comment on your videos, ‘When’s she going to fix her teeth?’ Do you not think she knows that?” Hunter said.<\/p>\n

Tammy replied, “It’s not easy. It’s not.”<\/p>\n

Tammy’s new smile isn’t the only transformation she’s unveiled lately. \ufeffThree months ago the star underwent life-changing skin removal surgery.<\/a><\/p>\n

\ufeffIn July 2025, confirmed her engagement to girlfriend Andrea just months after their relationship went public.<\/p>\n

When talking about her relationship, the reality star referred to Andrea as her “fianc\u00e9e”, stopping the host in his tracks.\ufeff<\/p>\n

Tammy blushed as she confirmed the exciting news and held up her sparkling engagement ring.<\/p>\n

The news came as a shock to the host and to Tammy’s millions of fans who only recently learned about Tammy and Andrea’s relationship although it turns out the couple have been an item for “almost three years” now.<\/p>\n

Before Tammy made her relationship with Andrea official, she expressed concerns that her family wouldn’t be accepting of her dating a woman.<\/p>\n

Her relationship with Andrea was Tammy’s first connection since the death of her husband Caleb Willingham in June 2023.<\/p>\n

During her surgery, Tammy’s doctor removed almost five kilos of excess skin.<\/p>\n
