{"id":123917,"date":"2025-09-06T20:20:06","date_gmt":"2025-09-06T20:20:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/123917\/"},"modified":"2025-09-06T20:20:06","modified_gmt":"2025-09-06T20:20:06","slug":"two-children-dead-after-targeted-melbourne-stabbing-attack","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/123917\/","title":{"rendered":"Two children dead after &#8216;targeted&#8217; Melbourne stabbing attack"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph__iYReA\">Two children have died after being stabbed in Melbourne&#8217;s outer west.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph__iYReA\">Emergency services were called to Marble Drive in Cobblebank just before 8pm on Saturday after reports a person had been seriously injured.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph__iYReA\">They found a 12-year-old boy with critical injuries and tried to revive him but he died at the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph__iYReA\">A short time later police found a 15-year-old boy seriously injured nearby on Cobble Street.
