Kelly Clarkson<\/a> recently made a bold declaration about Taylor Swift<\/a> involving her wildly popular Eras Tour<\/a> while on stage for her Las Vegas residency<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In a video shared via TikTok<\/a>, the Kelly Clarkson Show<\/a> host, 43, spoke about how her residency\u2014which kicked off in July at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace\u2014differs from touring.<\/p>\n

“When you tour, like, you have to take everything in trucks, right? So you have to pay for all of that,” Clarkson said to the audience during a recent show. “You can’t really pay for seven guitarists on stage. You’d make no money if you kept adding this whole crew and band on the road.”<\/p>\n

She then cheekily added, “Unless you’re Taylor Swift, then you can do whatever the f–k you want.”<\/p>\n

Clarkson continued, “But the rest of us minions can’t afford it. So what’s cool about Vegas and what I love about Caesars is this is a very different show than Caesars is used to. And they let us kind of do what we want. And this was my dream.”<\/p>\n

In the comments, Clarkson fans reacted to her name-dropping Swift.<\/p>\n

One follower shared, “Kelly referring to herself as a minion is crazy!!\ud83d\ude02.”<\/p>\n

Another TikTok user pointed out, “Taylor could easily make more profit off of her concerts by charging more, but she decided to pay for extra screens, pay fines for shows that started late due to weather, she can choose not to do all that, but her work ethics is top notch. On top of all that, she even paid 50 million in bonuses to her teams.”<\/p>\n

Someone else wrote, “Well said! \ud83d\udc4f she’s so honest and humble!”<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, yet another TikTok user commented, “Kelly deserves Taylor’s success 1000%.”<\/p>\n
