EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. \u2013 SIUE women’s tennis completed its opening weekend on a high note, winning 12 singles matches and four doubles matches at the Cougar Invite.<\/p>\n

SIUE’s lone home event for the fall included two singles wins each from returners Stefaniya Anikina<\/a> and Margaux Guibal Britt<\/a> as well as newcomers Paloma Hennicaux<\/a> and Elena Palioura<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Cougars matched up against players from Saint Louis and Missouri-St. Louis.<\/p>\n

Next up for the Cougars is the Lindenwood Invitational set for Friday and Saturday in St. Charles, Missouri.
