1000-Lb Sisters<\/a> star Tammy Slaton<\/a> announced an abrupt exit on social media as she canceled several upcoming appearances to meet with fans.<\/p>\n

On Thursday, Sept. 4, the TLC<\/a> star posted a video on TikTok<\/a> sharing the major news with her 535,000 followers.<\/p>\n

“I hate to do this but I will now no longer be working with The FatBoy App,<\/a>” Slaton captioned her update. “So all events that were planned will be canceled for me to attend but October 25 the bluegrass food truck benders meet and greet I will still be attending.”<\/p>\n

In the comments, the reality TV personality’s fans reacted to the news that Slaton would no longer be collaborating with the app designed to help users find the best places to eat locally.<\/p>\n

One TikTok follower wrote, “Take care of yourself!! Your peace matters. \ud83d\udc99.”<\/p>\n

Someone else shared, “Your[sic] doing what you need to do, we support you girly. \u2764\ufe0f.”<\/p>\n

Another fan commented, “I had a feeling this was gunna happen \ud83d\ude2b\ud83d\ude2b\ud83e\udd14\ud83e\udd2a I just had a feeling it wasn’t suiting her.”<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, yet another fan wrote, “Much Love Tam \u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0ftake care of yourself first girl,” as someone else declared, “We’ll follow wherever you go \ud83e\udd0d.”<\/p>\n

Recently, 1000-Lb Sisters fans supported Slaton when she revealed new teeth<\/a> during an Aug. 19 appearance on the\u00a0Creative Chaos<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re temporary still,\u201d Slaton explained while flashing a smile. \u201cBut they had to cement them in because the glue wasn\u2019t holding\u2026they had to pull teeth, and it\u2019s a bridge. I\u2019m still getting more done. It\u2019s a process.\u201d<\/p>\n

Although Slaton is exiting the Fat Boy app, thankfully, the TLC series isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. She set the record straight about ongoing rumors that 1000-Lb Sisters was ending during her sit-down with the podcast last month.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is not,\u201d she insisted, of the speculation. \u201cYou can\u2019t get rid of me that easily.\u201d<\/p>\n

In Season 7 of the show, fans watched as Slaton introduced her new girlfriend (and now fianc\u00e9e<\/a>), Andrea<\/a>, and finally qualified for excess skin removal surgery. She also unveiled the results of having the loose skin removed from her neck, arms and abdomen, dropping jaws with before and after photos<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The procedure came after Slaton lost 500 pounds<\/a> after tipping the scale at 725 pounds at her heaviest.<\/p>\n
