While Meyers joked \u201cas long as you know not to give them your number when they\u2019re 12,\u201d online commenters were quick to respond more seriously to the actress\u2019s remarks.<\/p>\n

The clip was shared to TikTok, where critics suggested the story was inappropriate.<\/p>\n

One commenter said, \u201cI\u2019m not liking the \u2018oh he\u2019ll be 30 by that time\u2019 comment\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just know she regretted saying that the second it left her mouth\u201d, another read.<\/p>\n

Zeta-Jones defended the comment to Meyers by referencing her marriage to Michael Douglas, with whom she has a fairly controversial age-gap of 25 years.<\/p>\n

The pair first got together when she was 28 and he was 53.<\/p>\n

They have now been married for 25 years, sharing two children together, Dylan Douglas, 25, and Carys Zeta Douglas, 22.<\/p>\n

Zeta-Jones comments came while she was explaining how Netflix\u2019s Wednesday has introduced her to a \u201cnew generation of fans\u201d.<\/p>\n

She plays the iconic role of Morticia Addams on the popular show, the mother of Jenna Ortega\u2019s titular character Wednesday.<\/p>\n
