The International Cricket Council today unveiled its flagship \u201cWill to Win\u201d campaign for the ICC Women\u2019s Cricket World Cup 2025 that gets underway three weeks from now.<\/p>\n

Built on the core concept of determination and perseverance leading to glory, the campaign celebrates the journey of resilience, belief and transformation that defines women\u2019s cricket. While India\u2019s 12 year wait to host the mega tournament also gets a brush, the idea of cricket enabling a million dreams by empowering women from adversity to triumph, takes centre stage.<\/p>\n

The emotionally powerful film, which can be watched on our website icc-cricket.com<\/a>, traces the inspiring paths of players from their early beginnings to becoming champions on the world stage. Through evocative storytelling and striking visuals, the campaign highlights that greatness is not built overnight, rather evolves through years of determination, sacrifice and an unshakable will to win.<\/p>\n

The ICC brings in the spotlight to several star cricketers including India\u2019s Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur, Sri Lanka\u2019s Chamari Athapaththu, Australia\u2019s Ellyse Perry, South Africa\u2019s Marizanne Kapp, Pakistan\u2019s Muneeba Ali, Bangladesh\u2019s Nigar Sultana Joty, New Zealand\u2019s Amelia Kerr and England\u2019s Nat Sciver-Brunt through the campaign.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s edition sets a new benchmark in pricing and fan interest, with record low prices for any ICC global event. Tickets for all league matches in India are priced at just INR 100 (approx. USD 1.14) in the first phase \u2013 an initiative aimed at bringing full house cheers to the celebration of women\u2019s cricket.<\/p>\n

The ICC Women\u2019s Cricket World Cup 2025 is set to take place from 30 September to 2 November<\/a> across five venues: DY Patil Stadium (Navi Mumbai), ACA Stadium (Guwahati), Holkar Stadium (Indore), ACA-VDCA Stadium (Visakhapatnam) and R Premadasa Stadium (Colombo, Sri Lanka).
