{"id":137715,"date":"2025-09-12T12:43:13","date_gmt":"2025-09-12T12:43:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/137715\/"},"modified":"2025-09-12T12:43:13","modified_gmt":"2025-09-12T12:43:13","slug":"india-to-have-its-own-cloud-computing-technology","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/137715\/","title":{"rendered":"India to have its own cloud computing technology"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) aegis, IT firm Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) have signed a pact to develop an indigenous technology that delivers AI-enabled cloud platform that boosts the country\u2019s digital transformation.<\/p>\n<p>In a regulatory filing on Friday, TCS said its collaboration with C-DAC will focus on research to develop indigenous technologies and deliver scalable, AI-enabled cloud platforms that align with India&#8217;s data localisation mandates and support the digitisation of critical public sector services.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe collaboration with C-DAC, India&#8217;s premier R&amp;D institution under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), will develop and integrate indigenous innovations into TCS&#8217; sovereign cloud stack.
