Limp Bizkit<\/a> have shared their first new single in four years, \u2018Making Love To Morgan Wallen<\/a>\u2018. Listen below.<\/p>\n

The tongue-in-cheek track follows on from the band\u2019s 2021 album \u2018Still Sucks\u2019<\/a>, and sees Fred Durst and co. pay homage to a certain country music star.<\/p>\n

With a sound harking back to the group\u2019s\u00a0earlier material, the song begins with a nod to the late Linkin Park<\/a> frontman Chester Bennington<\/a>, before Durst shouts out Bowie<\/a> (\u201cI\u2019ll chop you up if I\u2019m under pressure\u201c).<\/p>\n

He raps: \u201cBizkit beats from the pirate band (Napster)\/ Signed this deal with a lobster hand (Lobster)\/ Freestyle like a bowling pin\/ Flex these bars on a dolphin fin (Dolphin fin)\/ Life\u2019s too short, but I can\u2019t complain\/ Doin\u2019 backflips on a candy cane.\u201d<\/p>\n

Later, Durst spits bars about riding his \u201cscooter with a cape at night\u201c. He then says he\u2019s going to \u201chigh five m\u0435 a traffic light\u201d and admits he \u201cgot kicked out of the Trump<\/a> resort\u201c.<\/p>\n

The gooey and sparse instrumental in the verse then segues into a monstrous, riff-heavy chorus: \u201cHey, ladies\/ Oh-oh, oh-oh, oh\/ When you\u2019re hot, you\u2019re hot (Yeah)\/ When you\u2019re not, you\u2019re not (Nope).\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The reference to Wallen in the title comes in the song\u2019s final moments, following a brief instrumental break: \u201cI make this motherfucker diamond-plated\/ Makin\u2019 love to Morgan Wallen in an elevator\/ I\u2019ll be turnin\u2019 on you bitches like a generator\/ I\u2019ll be the greatest motherfucker that you ever hated.\u201d<\/p>\n

Last week, Durst called out an Instagram drummer for supposedly leaking a snippet of \u2018Making Love To Morgan Wallen\u2019 online<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Wallen released his fourth and most recent album, I\u2019m The Problem\u2019, in May. The project sees the Grammy<\/a>-nominated artist collaborate with Tate McRae<\/a> (\u2018What I Want\u2019<\/a>) and Post Malone<\/a> (\u2018I Ain\u2019t Comin\u2019 Back\u2019<\/a>). Last year, he joined forces with Posty on \u2018I Had Some Help\u2019<\/a> from the latter\u2019s country album \u2018F-1 Trillion\u2019<\/a>. The single was nominated for International Song Of The Year at the BRITs 2025<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 2024 edition of BST Hyde Park in London featured a huge headline set from Wallen<\/a> last summer.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, NME recently caught Limp Bizkit at Reading 2025<\/a>. Our four-star review of their main stage slot read: \u201cThere is no mistaking that the energy the band harness during their hour-long set has been meticulously perfected over the years to make this the most quintessential \u2018Limp Bizkit show\u2019 possible.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a three-star review of Limp Bizkit\u2019s latest album<\/a>, NME wrote: \u201c\u2018Still Sucks\u2019 doesn\u2019t feel laboured or overthought and never overstays its welcome.<\/p>\n
