{"id":140373,"date":"2025-09-13T14:46:22","date_gmt":"2025-09-13T14:46:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/140373\/"},"modified":"2025-09-13T14:46:22","modified_gmt":"2025-09-13T14:46:22","slug":"joan-mir-to-skip-saturday-at-misano-motogp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/140373\/","title":{"rendered":"Joan Mir to skip Saturday at Misano MotoGP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Joan Mir will sit out day two of the San Marino MotoGP at Misano.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crash.net\/motogp\/teams\/repsol-honda-team\" data-entity-type=\"external\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">HRC<\/a> rider, who suffered a heavy fall at Turn 9 on Friday, was seen leaving the pits without setting a lap time this morning.<\/p>\n<p>A subsequent statement from the team confirmed that<a href=\"https:\/\/www.crash.net\/motogp\/racer\/911973\/joan-mir\" data-entity-type=\"external\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> Mir<\/a> is continuing \u201cto experience significant discomfort and limited mobility in his neck.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, he has been declared fit to ride.
