On Monday, the 42-year-old Internet personality posted a video<\/a> promoting her new range of kids\u2019 toys to her 3.4 million Instagram followers, who were keen to showcase their support.<\/p>\n

One person wrote: \u201cI hope you make billions! Because I know you\u2019ll do good with it. \u2764\ufe0f\u201d but Ms. Rachel was not on board with this idea.<\/p>\n

\"\u201cI\u2019ll<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll never be a billionaire because I don\u2019t believe that\u2019s right but thank you!\u201d she replied to the commenter. \u201c\ud83d\ude4f\ud83c\udffb I love giving \u2764\ufe0f\u201d<\/p>\n

For reference, Ms. Rachel has an estimated net worth<\/a> of $50 million.<\/p>\n

And while I\u2019m sure that you don\u2019t need me to tell you why being a billionaire is generally considered to be pretty immoral, the basic consensus is that it\u2019s pretty much impossible to gain that much wealth without others being exploited somewhere along the line.<\/p>\n

Billionaires are also a symbol of extreme inequality, and it is widely argued that nobody should ever have that much wealth while others struggle to fulfill their basic needs.<\/p>\n

Needless to say, Ms. Rachel\u2019s comment was lauded by other social media users who circulated it on various platforms, including a popular Reddit<\/a> forum.<\/p>\n

Another referenced Ms. Rachel\u2019s continued advocacy<\/a> for the people of Gaza despite criticism, writing<\/a>: \u201cshe doesn\u2019t want to have obscene wealth nor does she want innocent men, women, and children killed?! no\u00a0wonder\u00a0the right hates her.\u201d<\/p>\n
