Oscar Piastri could soon take Kimi Raikkonen\u2019s nickname of the Iceman, that is the verdict of Nico Rosberg on the unflappable Australian.<\/p>\n
As well as being rather good at driving, Piastri has been praised for his forever-relaxed demeanour with the 24-year-old rarely seeming to be too perturbed by anything that has happened to him.<\/p>\n

Piastri\u2019s<\/a> relaxed style is not just in the good moments either as he has been notable for not lashing out at the team when they cost him points such as at the most recent race in Monza.<\/p>\n When analysing the McLaren<\/a> driver, Rosberg described him as the one who has taken the \u201ctorch\u201d of the Iceman from Raikkonen.<\/p>\n \u201cHe would deserve the old Kimi Raikkonen nickname \u2013 the Iceman,\u201d Rosberg on Sky Sports. \u201cHe could pass on the torch to Oscar Piastri!<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s always the same performance, whether it\u2019s pressure, no pressure, winning, not winning, it\u2019s just always the same.\u201d<\/p>\n Rosberg was joined on the broadcast by Martin Brundle who agreed with the comparison, saying: \u201cThey\u2019re quite similar. They wouldn\u2019t use three words when two will do.\u201d<\/p>\n Piastri himself has said that being calm is who he is but did admit that underneath the surface, he does get nervous just like the rest of his colleagues do.<\/p>\n \u201cI definitely do get nervous, yes. Ultimately, the nerves can be good or bad, and it\u2019s how you manage it that decides that.<\/p>\n \u201cFor me, being calm is just part of who I am. Definitely, I\u2019ve learned through the years that that\u2019s how I get the most out of myself as well, and that doesn\u2019t look the same for everybody, so it\u2019s not a magic thing. That\u2019s how I feel like I work best.<\/p>\n \u201cSo it\u2019s kind of partly natural and partly through experience and through learning.
