Premiership hero Isaac Smith is no stranger to September action.<\/p>\n

But the Norm Smith Medallist and four-time premiership player will be in uncharted territory on Monday as he dives into the world of fashion on the AFL\u2019s night of nights, the Brownlow Medal.<\/p>\n

Smith will team up with celebrity stylist and fashion expert Elliot Garnaut for Blue Carpet Confessionals, which will air exclusively at 3.30pm AWST on 7Plus, as the pair sit down with the biggest names in AFL and their dazzling partners ahead of the red carpet and medal count.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re keen to give the Brownlow a little bit of a different look,\u201d Smith told The West Australian of the brand-new show.<\/p>\n

\u201cNot your traditional \u2018who are you wearing?\u2019 questions, it\u2019ll be more of a personal conversation and it\u2019s going to be quite relaxed.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s an interesting dynamic. Myself, who is very much a traditional sports loving footballer from the country with a high rolling celebrity stylist (Elliot). The Brownlow is effectively Elliot\u2019s world and my world colliding. It\u2019s football and fashion.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m looking forward to some giggles and a lot of fun.\u201d<\/p>\n

Smith and Garnaut first crossed paths running a marathon for charity earlier this year where the unlikely pair bonded and struck up a friendship that has blossomed into an unexpected professional partnership.<\/p>\n

As well as Blue Carpet Confessionals, the dynamic duo will also launch their new podcast No Utes in the Valet on Tuesday, September 23.<\/p>\n

Following the glitz and glamour of the red carpet, hosted by Abbey Holmes and live and free on 7mate and 7plus, Smith expects a \u201cfascinating count\u201d for 2025.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s probably as wide open as it\u2019s been for a long time,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

While Collingwood superstar Nick Daicos is the bookmakers favourite, Smith is tipping Adelaide captain Jordan Dawson to take home the medal. And while he admits \u201cit might be a little biased view\u201d, Geelong midfielder Max Holmes is his \u2018smokey\u2019.<\/p>\n
