T\ufeffhe Duchess of Sussex<\/a> has sent a flirty public message to Prince Harry<\/a>, delving into the archives to choose a photo from his days as a pilot in celebration of his birthday.<\/p>\n

Meghan shared a photo of \ufeffher husband from September 15, 2015, to mark his 41st birthday on Monday.<\/p>\n

She captioned the decade-old snap: “Oh hi, Birthday Boy\ufeff” with the fire emoji.<\/p>\n

\ufeffIn the photo, Prince Harry’s famous ginger hair is unusually messy and he is dressed in a green flight suit with his name tag reading ‘Harry Wales’, using his father the King’s then-title as the Prince of Wales.<\/p>\n

It was taken a year before the couple met, on Harry’s birthday in 2015. He was at the Goodwood Aerodrome in Chichester attending events marking the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain.<\/p>\n

At the time, Prince Harry had been due to take part in a flypast of around 40 Spitfires, Hurricanes and Bristol Blenheim bombers when war veteran Tom Neil’s plane developed a mechanical fault.<\/p>\n

Harry gave up his seat in one of the planes in the formation so the 95-year-old \u2013 who was one of the last surviving pilots of the Battle of Britain \u2013 could still take part.\ufeff<\/p>\n

The now-Duke of Sussex was in the Army for 10 years and flew Apache helicopters during two tours of duty in Afghanistan.<\/p>\n

He officially retired from the army in June, 2015. One of his last tasks in the British Armed Forces was a four-week secondment to the Australian Defence Force in April of that year.<\/p>\n

When he and Meghan left their places as senior working royals in 2020, Prince Harry \ufeffgave up his military titles.<\/p>\n

Last week after spending four days in the UK, the duke made a surprise visit to Kyiv on the invitation by Superhumans, an organisation that supports Ukrainians with life-changing injuries caused by the war\ufeff with Russia.<\/p>\n

Harry was joined by a team from his Invictus Games Foundation, which he launched in 2014.<\/p>\n

The duke’s visit to Ukraine on Friday came after he met his father in London on Wednesday, which was their first face-to-face meeting since February 2024.\ufeff<\/p>\n

In an interview with The Guardian coinciding with his visit to Kyiv, Prince Harry said that over the coming year “the focus really has to be on my dad”.\ufeff<\/p>\n

Harry and Meghan star in Disneyland documentary\ufeff<\/p>\n

Prince Harry was back in California with Meghan and their two children Prince Archie<\/a> and Princess Lilibet<\/a> for his birthday on Monday.<\/p>\n

\ufeffHe and Meghan appeared in a trailer for a show marking the 70th anniversary of American theme park Disneyland.<\/p>\n

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will feature in The Happiest Story on Earth: 70 Years of Disneyland, to be released on Sunday.<\/p>\n

The program will explore the theme park’s history and what it means to the celebrities featured in the documentary, as well as looking ahead to the future.\ufeff<\/p>\n

In the trailer, Prince Harry reveals that Space Mountain is his favourite ride.<\/p>\n

In the clip, the duke says: “Space Mountain is one of my favourite things.”<\/p>\n

Meghan adds: “[It’s] still one of your favourite rides, by the way.”<\/p>\n

Later in the trailer, Harry says: “Prepare yourself, you’re about to be blown away”.<\/p>\n

The video also shows a photo of Harry and Meghan smiling together on the roller coaster.<\/p>\n

In June, Prince Harry and Meghan went to Disneyland to celebrate Lili’s fourth birthday<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Meghan shared photos and videos of their time at the park on Instagram \ufeffwith one showing a Little-Mermaid-themed tower cake with pink icing reading, “Happy birthday Lili”.<\/p>\n

The video shows the Sussex family enjoying rides, meeting Disney princesses and watching performances from their favourite characters.<\/p>\n

Meghan captioned the post: “Thank you Disneyland for giving our family two days of pure joy!”<\/p>\n

That visit in June this year was not Prince Harry’s first to the famous theme park.<\/p>\n
