While event permits are customary for an event like this, the rule waivers stem from the massive weight difference between Paul and Davis. Paul outweighs Davis by nearly 65 pounds based on their most recent fights.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">The GAEC was scheduled to meet this week to vote on MVP&#8217;s submissions, with three out of five commissioners needed to vote in favor for it to be approved.
