{"id":151244,"date":"2025-09-18T04:04:17","date_gmt":"2025-09-18T04:04:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/151244\/"},"modified":"2025-09-18T04:04:17","modified_gmt":"2025-09-18T04:04:17","slug":"how-to-watch-nrl-finals-super-league-live","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/151244\/","title":{"rendered":"How to watch NRL finals, Super League live"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019re set for another busy weekend of rugby league action on both sides of the globe, with the last \u2018regular\u2019 season round taking place in Super League and the NRL finals continuing Down Under.<\/p>\n<p>For those who want to spend their weekend glued to the TV, you\u2019re in luck: there are a whopping 14 games available to watch or stream over the coming weekend!<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s a real feast of rugby league to get stuck into over the next few days, so here\u2019s a look at all of the broadcast information you\u2019ll need between now and Sunday\u2026<\/p>\n<p>*Please note: All times stated are kick-off times and are stated in BST (British Summer Time)<\/p>\n<p>Thursday, September 18<\/p>\n<p>8pm: Super League (R27) \u2013 Hull FC v Catalans Dragons \u2013 Sky Sports+ Red Button\/Super League+<\/p>\n<p>8pm: Super League (R27) \u2013 Hull KR v Warrington Wolves \u2013 Sky Sports Main Event\/Sky Sports+ Main Channel<\/p>\n<p>The two Super League games on Thursday night both come in Hull, and carry significance aplenty.<\/p>\n<p>In the east of the city, KR must avoid defeat at home against struggling Warrington to seal a first-ever Super League Leaders\u2019 Shield. If they don\u2019t, they\u2019ll leave the door open for Wigan to snatch it from them come Friday evening. That\u2019s Sky\u2019s main pick.<\/p>\n<p>In the west, FC have to beat a resurgent Catalans to stand any chance of making the top six. Even victory might not be enough for the Black and Whites, but it would give them a fighting chance.<\/p>\n<p>Friday, September 19<\/p>\n<p>7.45pm: Championship (Eliminator Play-off) \u2013 Bradford Bulls v Featherstone Rovers \u2013 <a rel=\"noopener nofollow noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.247.tv\/live\/rugbyleague\" target=\"_blank\">24.7TV Pay Per View<\/a><\/p>\n<p>8pm: Super League (R27) \u2013 Leigh Leopards v Huddersfield Giants \u2013 Sky Sports+ Red Button\/Super League+<\/p>\n<p>8pm: Super League (R27) \u2013 Salford Red Devils v Wakefield Trinity \u2013 Sky Sports+ Red Button\/Super League+<\/p>\n<p>8pm: Super League (R27) \u2013 St Helens v Castleford Tigers \u2013 Sky Sports+ Red Button\/Super League+<\/p>\n<p>8pm: Super League (R27) \u2013 Wigan Warriors v Leeds Rhinos \u2013 Sky Sports+ Main Channel<\/p>\n<p>8pm: Championship (Eliminator Play-off) \u2013 Oldham v Halifax Panthers \u2013 <a rel=\"noopener nofollow noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@TheSportsmanRugbyLeague\/streams\" target=\"_blank\">\u2018The Sportsman\u2019 YouTube channel<\/a><\/p>\n<p>There are six games on your screens on Friday night, and in typical fashion, five of them kick off at the same time. The odd one out kicks off 15 minutes earlier at 7.45pm, seeing West Yorkshire foes Bradford and Featherstone square off in the first week of the Championship play-offs. That game will cost \u00a310 to view though as it\u2019s being streamed behind a paywall.<\/p>\n<p>Four of the five 8pm kick-offs come from Super League, and the importance of them will depend on what happens on Thursday night. Sky\u2019s main pick is Leeds\u2019 trip to Wigan, but Leigh v Huddersfield, Salford v Wakefield and Saints v Castleford will all also be behind the Red Button.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s also another bit of Championship play-off action for you, with Oldham hosting in-form Halifax in the pair\u2019s eliminator tie at Boundary Park. The Sportsman are showing this one for free on their YouTube channel.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday, September 20<\/p>\n<p>5.30am: NRLW Finals \u2013 Newcastle Knights v Gold Coast Titans \u2013 Sky Sports Mix\/Watch NRL<\/p>\n<p>7.15am: NRLW Finals \u2013 North Queensland Cowboys v Cronulla Sharks \u2013 Sky Sports Mix\/Watch NRL<\/p>\n<p>10.50am: NRL Finals \u2013 Canberra Raiders v Cronulla Sharks \u2013 Sky Sports Mix\/Watch NRL<\/p>\n<p>Down Under this weekend, the NRL finals continue, but first up, the NRLW finals get underway with a double-header of ties on Saturday morning.<\/p>\n<p>The early risers among you will be able to watch the Knights host the Titans in week one, with the Cowboys also welcoming the Sharks.<\/p>\n<p>Then, Cronulla\u2019s men travel to minor premiers Canberra in week two of the NRL finals. The winners will earn a tie against the Storm next weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday, September 21<\/p>\n<p>7.05am: NRL Finals \u2013 Canterbury Bulldogs v Penrith Panthers \u2013 Sky Sports Mix\/Watch NRL<\/p>\n<p>5pm: Women\u2019s Super League (Play-off semi-final) \u2013 St Helens v York Valkyrie \u2013 Sky Sports+ Main Channel<\/p>\n<p>7.30pm: Women\u2019s Super League (Play-off semi-final) \u2013 Wigan Warriors v Leeds Rhinos \u2013 Sky Sports+ Main Channel<\/p>\n<p>The second of this weekend\u2019s NRL games comes on Sunday as the Bulldogs host reigning kings Penrith.
