It looks like Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry has been hitting the weights this offseason.<\/p>\n

Impact Fitness Foundation shared photos<\/a> of Curry from a charity event in Baltimore. <\/p>\n

NBA fans were struck by the definition in the 11-time All-Star’s forearms:<\/p>\n

To be clear, Curry has looked like this for a while. As a rookie, he was a pretty slender guard. Over time, he steadily added a little more muscle to help better cope with the physical grind of the regular season.<\/p>\n

Reporting for ESPN in 2015, Ethan Sherwood Strauss<\/a> detailed how Curry began training with Brandon Payne at a facility in Fort Mill, South Carolina, four years earlier. With Payne’s guidance, he eventually became a two-time MVP and the NBA’s most lethal shooter.<\/p>\n

Curry’s dedication to his craft hasn’t waned.<\/p>\n

“It’s not like he’s in love with this grinding, hard and ridiculous process,” Payne told NBA.com’s Mark Medina<\/a> in 2022. “He’s in love with getting better. He just has to put up with the process to get there.”<\/p>\n

That explains why Curry averaged 24.5 points and six assists in his 16th season in the league.
