RONALD Naidu is preparing for what he believes will be one of his toughest and most challenging fights when he steps into the ring next Friday at Prince Charles Park in Nadi.<\/p>\n
Naidu, who hails from Nasau, Nadi, will face Kaliova Tahikia in a 6\u00d73 contest fight in the lightweight category under the BlueWater Boxing Promotion.<\/p>\n
Speaking about his build-up, Naidu said his preparation has been smooth and consistent.<\/p>\n
\u201cPreparation has been good, so far so good, looking forward to this fight,\u201d Naidu said.<\/p>\n
The Nadi boxer anticipates a tough contest against his young opponent but remains confident in his strategy and ring experience.<\/p>\n
\u201cI know he is a young kid he will come but i have got plans for him maybe stronger then me, maybe faster but he is not smarter then me, I\u2019m ready to go,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
With excitement building up for the promotion, Naidu has urged fans to turn up in numbers to witness an entertaining night of boxing.<\/p>\n
\u201cMessage to all my boxing fans to come out in numbers, it will be a good night of boxing and there will be fireworks,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
