The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) handed out 26 medical suspensions following Noche UFC 3<\/a> this past weekend (Sat., Sept. 13, 2025) inside Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas. Among those sidelined were headliner Jean Silva and both fighters in the co-main event, Rob Font and David Martinez, who each received 30-day suspensions after their hard-fought battles.<\/p>\n

Two fighters from the preliminary \u201cPrelims\u201d were hit with indefinite suspensions and will need medical clearance before they can return to action.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Dusko Todorovic \u2014 who scored a dominant first-round submission win over Jose Medina \u2014 was also transported to the hospital<\/a> afterward for precautionary CT scans of his head and face. His injury specifics remain undisclosed, but he will need clearance before competing again.<\/p>\n

Claudio Puelles: Suspended for 10 days
Tatiana Suarez: Suspended for 10 days
Amanda Lemos: Suspended for 30 days
Jesus Aguilar: Suspended for 10 days
Luis Gurule: Suspended for 21 days
Sedriques Dumas: Suspended indefinitely
Zachary Reese: Suspended for seven days
Alden Coria: Suspended for 10 days
Alessandro Costa: Suspended for 30 days
Montserrat Rendon: Suspended for one month

Just a quick reminder: Fighters often return to action much quicker once doctors give them the green light. The lengthy suspensions are just a precaution in most cases. In addition, not all injuries are recorded during the post-fight examination and often times surface in follow-up tests.<\/p>\n
