\t\t\t\t\tThe Vancouver Canucks <\/a> are missing some key pieces entering this NHL season, the biggest one being their urgent need for a second line center, a need that has been addressed by GM Patrick Allvin.The Canucks will most likely start season without anyone supporting Elias Pettersson<\/a> up the middle.The lack of depth of the top-six forwards already addressed<\/a>more than once this offseason.Vancouver Canucks General Manager Patrik Allvin had quite a busy summer, with the first big move he made being just days before the NHL Entry Draft when he acquired Evander Kane<\/a> from the Edmonton Oilers to beef up the team’s top-six and add some more scoring depth.”-Jaxon<\/p>\n Vancouver Canucks are in urgent need of a second line center<\/p>\n “At the end of last season, the Vancouver Canucks’ president of hockey operations, Jim Rutherford, was crystal clear about his team’s biggest need heading into the summer: they needed to add a top-six centre to play behind Elias Pettersson<\/a>.”-Wagner<\/p>\n Unfortunately for the Canucks it wasn’t in the cards to achieve that over the summer.
