\n\tDua Lipa<\/a> paid homage to another hometown classic Thursday night at Madison Square Garden, performing a cover of Blondie<\/a>\u2019s \u201cOne Way or Another\u201d during her Radical Optimism tour. \u201cHere in New York, I\u2019m actually spoiled with the choice,\u201d she told the crowd, before revealing, \u201ctonight we thought we could do something [by] a real New York icon\u2026let\u2019s just go for it.\u201d <\/p>\n \n\tFans began cheering as soon as the guitar riffs started, and sang every word of Dua\u2019s cover of the 1978 track with her and her band, all clad in black.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n \n\tA concert attendee who uploaded the video to YouTube captured Dua and her band digging into the rendition, singing in close quarters toward the end of the song. Fans gave her around a 20-second ovation. <\/p>\n \t\tTrending Stories<\/p>\n \n\tIt\u2019s just the latest cover that Lipa\u2019s done while on her marathon international tour, which also includes Aerosmith\u2019s \u201cI Don\u2019t Want To Miss A Thing,\u201d ACDC\u2019s Highway To Hell,\u201d and Sinead O\u2019Connor\u2019s \u201cNothing Compares To You.\u201d She\u2019s also sung a range of songs in different languages while overseas, including Aliz\u00e9e\u2019s \u201cMoi\u2026 Lolita,\u201d in Paris, and the Spanish language version of Enrique Iglesias\u2019 \u201cH\u00e9roe\u201d in Madrid.\u00a0<\/p>\n \n\tDua Lipa\u2019s Radical Optimism tour, which began last November, continues in New York City through September 21, then heads to Miami for two dates before going west, concluding its US leg in Seattle on October 16.
