\u2018Bud\u2019 successfully claimed the undisputed super middleweight titles after moving up two divisions and beating Canelo Alvarez<\/a> in convincing fashion.<\/p>\n After becoming the first fighter to be undisputed in three divisions in the modern era, some have suggested that Crawford should retire on top<\/a>.<\/p>\n Max Kellerman\u2019s bold claim about how incredibly rare this achievement was caused some backlash from the fans.<\/p>\n Speaking on a recent episode of Inside The Ring, Max Kellerman stated that he believes there are only two \u201clegit\u201d four-division champions in boxing.<\/p>\n \u201cThis is the situation guys. No one has ever been a four-division champion in boxing, not a real one. \u2018Oh, [Manny] Pacquiao<\/a> won eight and Oscar De La Hoya<\/a> won eleven and this one won fifteen.\u2019 No, I\u2019m talking about Ring Magazine champ or lineal champ. You are the champion of that division.\u201d<\/p>\n Kellerman believes that Terence Crawford<\/a> and Pacquiao are the only men to have reached this goal, discounting Floyd Mayweather\u2019s<\/a> claim to the same accomplishment.<\/p>\n This claim was passionately disputed by boxing star Amanda Serrano<\/a> via a post on social media.<\/p>\n At 36 years old, Serrano holds the record for the most world championships won in different divisions by a female competitor at seven.<\/p>\n \u201cThe lack of knowledge or the lack of respect shown by Max Kellerman is unacceptable, just like his performance last week! 7 Division World Champion!\u201d<\/p>\n Fans also agreed with Serrano that Kellerman\u2019s comments didn\u2019t hold up, as shown by the reactions underneath the video clip on X (formerly Twitter).<\/p>\n \u2018This is nasty work. Absolutely trash.\u2019<\/p>\n \u2018Boxing media actually been better off without this dude.\u2019<\/p>\n \u2018Everything was better when Max was in hiding. Who\u2019s worse, Max or Stephen A. [Smith]<\/a>?\u2019<\/p>\n \u2018Max said Floyd [Mayweather] was not the champ at 154 because he said so.\u2019<\/p>\n \u2018Max is my dude, but no.\u2019<\/p>\n Many boxing fans were happy to see Max Kellerman back involved in the sport for Canelo Alvarez vs Terence Crawford in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n However, it didn\u2019t take long for the broadcaster to receive significant criticism after some comments that he made during the fight week press conference.<\/p>\n Kellerman started to praise Dana White<\/a>, making a case for why the UFC<\/a> president will make boxing even bigger before he was cut off by Canelo Alvarez.<\/p>\n \u201cDon\u2019t say boxing is not big enough. Boxing is big. You know how big is boxing.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThere is no comparison.
