Mary Cosby<\/a> and Angie Katsanevas<\/a> got into such a heated confrontation featured on\u00a0The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City<\/a> Season 6 trailer<\/a>, that some are wondering if their once-close friendship will stay ice cold forever.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re supposed to be my sister,\u201d Mary accuses Angie, as seen in the video, as Angie argues, \u201cI am your sister.\u201d But Mary fires back, \u201cNo, you\u2019re not, find another one, OK?\u201d<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, Sept. 17, Angie clarified her status with Mary during a\u00a0Bravo HQ Live\u00a0where she chatted with Bravo Insiders during the special livestreamed event, which you can watch above. On the heels of the Season 6 premiere, Angie gave an update on her friendship with Mary, and dove deeper into what caused their beef in the first place. She also shared more on why she and Mary planned an RV camping trip as the first cast trip<\/a> of Season 6 (which was met with a less than enthusiastic response from their fellow ‘Wives).\u00a0<\/p>\n

Are Angie Katsanevas and Mary Cosby friends today?<\/p>\n

Angie wasted no time putting to bed the answer of her status with Mary: They are still friends.<\/p>\n

“Mary and I move on. We\u2019re like sisters,” she said of their relationship. “We\u2019re both honest and real. We don\u2019t have any kind of a dark history, we\u2019ve just always been on a positive path. I feel like she knows I love her and she loves me.”<\/p>\n

Angie dropped a few hints as to why she was arguing with Mary in the preview of the new season.<\/p>\n

“I think we both speak our mind, and it at times causes rifts,” she explained.<\/p>\n

But Angie also dropped clues that this particular fight began because Mary offered “advice” on something “she sees happening in real time.”<\/p>\n

“She wanted to help me, and had great intentions. And for me, I just couldn\u2019t see it in the moment, in the heated moment. But I saw later she had great intentions and just wanted the best,” Angie shared.<\/p>\n

Angie pointed out that she and Mary are actually very similar people, and that can cause them to butt heads.<\/p>\n

“We\u2019re both very direct. We\u2019re both very upfront. We say what we\u2019re thinking,” Angie explained, and later added,\u00a0\u00a0“When you\u2019re honest about how you really feel, there\u2019s going to be conflict.”<\/p>\n

But rather than take their argument as a negative, Angie saw it as a positive for their friendship.<\/p>\n

“I think relationships grow from that. And you gain more respect, you know?” she added.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Angie Katsanevas explains why she planned an RV trip to kick off RHOSLC Season 6<\/p>\n

Despite both Angie and Mary attaching their name as host to what they called a “Class ‘A’ Getaway” in the Season 6 premiere, Mary seemed to have an issue with the accommodations.\u00a0After Angie told the group, they\u2019d be sleeping in the RV, Mary declared: \u201cI don\u2019t like it.\u201d Whitney Rose<\/a> also voiced her confusion as to how Mary planned this trip with Angie.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I think Mary Cosby, I think bougie, luxury, high end,\u201d Whitney said. \u201cWhite glove service. Dom P\u00e9rignon. I don\u2019t think RV, so, really surprises me that Mary planned this trip. Like, does she know what we\u2019re doing?\u201d<\/p>\n

Mary argued that she actually\u00a0didn\u2019t\u00a0plan the trip.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t even know how my name got attached to this,\u201d she said. \u201cThis is not me. This is\u00a0not\u00a0me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite her protestations, Angie called Mary a “great sport” about the unusual vacay, and explained her reasoning for choosing to camp in an RV.<\/p>\n

“When I found out that Mary grew up in RVs, I just thought, \u2018Wow, that\u2019s how down to earth she is,'” Angie shared during her Bravo HQ Live. “She\u2019s carrying beautiful purses, dresses, and looks like a million bucks. But she grew up getting in RVs.”<\/p>\n

Angie later added, “I think for the two of us to share that with the ladies was special. I mean, I\u2019m sure she\u2019d have rather been in a five-star hotel, but…I think she was down, which I love that about Mary.”<\/p>\n
