The staff also announced that the musical unit Orcheria is returning to perform the new opening and ending theme songs for the second half of the anime, “Future Session” and “Oneness Harmony,” respectively. The staff presented the anime’s second key visual and visuals for the new characters Princess Viola and Princess Neige:<\/p>\n

The anime premiered<\/a> on April 6, and airs on Sundays at 9:00 a.m. on TV Tokyo<\/a> and its affiliates. The series will air<\/a> for one year.<\/p>\n

The anime’s official YouTube<\/a> channel had streamed<\/a> the first two episodes with English subtitles earlier this month, but deleted the videos a few days later, after comments on the video alleged the videos used machine translation.<\/p>\n

The anime stars (character name romanizations are not confirmed):\n<\/p>\n

The anime takes place in Alicepia, which is a mysterious country that has existed since ancient times. The inhabitants of Alicepia, the Alicepians, are a fun-loving people, but one day mysterious monsters called Jamaock appeared to threaten the peace of Alicepia. The story follows the “princesses” who never forget the song in their hearts, even when facing such danger.<\/p>\n

Unlike other anime projects that insert pre-recorded songs into battle sequences, this anime has the voice cast members sing new renditions of songs in each episode’s recording sessions.<\/p>\n

King Records<\/a> and ARIA entertainment<\/a>‘s new content production brand UNISON are credited with the original work, and Takara Tomy<\/a> is sponsoring the project. Akifumi Kaneko<\/a> (Symphogear<\/a> franchise<\/a>‘s series composition) is credited with the original plan. Elements Garden<\/a>‘s Noriyasu Agematsu<\/a> is the executive producer. Shin \u014cnuma<\/a> (Fate\/kaleid liner Prisma Illya<\/a> anime franchise, BOFURI: I Don’t Want to Get Hurt, so I’ll Max Out My Defense.<\/a> both seasons) is directing the anime at SILVER LINK.<\/a> Manta Aisora<\/a> (Nyaruko: Crawling with Love!<\/a> original creator) is writing and overseeing the series scripts. Yukiko Akiyama<\/a> (Yumeiro P\u00e2tissi\u00e8re<\/a>, Isuca<\/a>) is designing the characters for animation based on Mari Shimazaki<\/a>‘s (Luck & Logic<\/a>, Bayonetta) original designs. Elements Garden is composing the music. <\/p>\n

The project is for both children and adults, and consists of the anime, music, and toys.<\/p>\n
